A new schedule && the new year news!

Hello loves. There are about 5 days until Christmas! (: How exciting is that?! Anyways,I wanted to tell you all that the FREE GIFTS are still going on in my etsy store. (: There won't be any more shipping now though before Christmas. So if you order something now,there won't be anyway to get it to you before Christmas.

I wanted to also talk about this new schedule I'm going to try out.I havent been able to make any new items or ANYTHING cause of so much thats been going on in my life right now && I hate it. I find I have like NO time to do any of the fun things i love like drawing on my tablet or making bags or whatever. :/ i wanna take back the fun things I miss and start a schedule.

I also wanna expand love cute to other mediums such as clothing and totes.This will all come in the new year. (: I'm so excited to start doing other things since I seem to get bored doing just one thing...I am also in the process of taking better pictures for my etsy shop and posting our new gift packaging. Vacation Mode yet again

Just a quick update to let ya'll know whats going on....My cat went missing on the 18th and hadn't come in all day which isn't like him at all.Well,on the 19th around 2:40 am,i got worried.Posted a status on facebook and one of my friends responded saying he thinks he saw my cat on the road....After driving up there and believing it wasn't him,I went back to searching && hoping. I finally broke down and posted a craigslist lost ad.Today I got a reply through yet another craigslist ad telling me that on the 18th,there was a cat that looked like mine dead on the road....the same cat i believed wasnt mine.....

My shop will remain closed for the time being.All orders have been shipped out.This is a rough time right now...I will be trying to keep my mind off of this and maybe make some new items. Please bare with me....

Happy November!

Hello there dears! So I turned nineteen on November 4th. (: Had an amazing birthday. :) I've been working a ton lately and I've been slacking on new designs! ): It makes me upset because I LOVE making new items.I'm constantly getting inspiration from others and jot down notes and ideas when i get them but never go through with them since i'm so tired.

Hello lovelies! So I have been hard at work trying to make my car payment for this month as well as the normal bills. I've also been trying to work clay and jewelry making into my schedule too. (: Well I've been hard at work trying to improve my best selling xbox 360 controller charm and I think I've done it!

I really studied my controller tonight and noticed little details that I could add to the miniature charm version.I also messed around with the process that I go through and have perfected it. I like to think that this one is my best one yet. && with this upgrade, the price will go up $2.00. I spent over 2 hours on this piece and will probably do the same for all of my orders as these are made to order items.

Q:Lets start off my getting to know you:
Hi! My name is Ann, 19, and a proud mommy of a beautiful one year old daughter. I currently reside in TX, but I'm a Cali girl through and through. I wish to attend college to get that education I want and need. But until then, I craft, and oh, how I love to craft!

Q:When did you first decide you wanted to make jewelry?
I remember sitting on my butt, wondering how I want to help my parents out on taking care of my four month old daughter (at the time). They are so supportive, mentally and financially. I appreciate it, but I would rather contribute, even if it's just a penny. Although I do have money, it's not enough. So as I did the usual on Facebook, I saw an ad from Etsy, asking if I love handmade. Of course I love handmade! I clicked and I was hooked onto Etsy. Realizing what I can do after searching for a good two hours, I brought out some polymer clay that was hidden in my closet, and started to make miniature cakes. From then on, I learned and improved on making jewelry. Also, I'm doing what I love! Being crafty while getting some extra cash.

Q:Favorite artists?
Currently, Muse is on my hot list (although I'm still iffy on their current album). Some of my other favorite artists include Kate Voegele, OneRepublic, Super Junior, and Metallica. No matter what song they come out with, I love, or like it.

Q:Where do you get your inspiration from?:
As my store states, all items are Japanese inspired. The culture in Japan is quite attractive, in my opinion. Their style of lolita/kawaii/hime just lures me and makes me wish that I'm still a teenager without a kid. That way, I could dress up like them everyday! My grandmother lived in Japan in her teenager years (she's Taiwanese/Chinese), and that influence what's happening in my shop. Because of expertise of Japan, she has the Japanese channel bundle from our cable provider, which I watch to keep up with their style. I also research online, and through magazines. With these media put together, I become inspire and just make the ideas that goes through my mind.

Q:Any tips for beginners?
To beginners, be patient! Sales do not come that quickly! It takes time, hard work, and lots of high spirits. You have to commit, make improvements, and never give up! Also, I would like to say that tagging your items is the key to sales. USE ALL 14 TAGS. I swear, they make everything easy and puts you in searches more.

Summer 09---New line!

Hello lovelies! (: So its the kick off of the Summer! && I am preparing to come out with a summer line! Lots of Sunburn

Hey guys! (: As you all know, I've been doing craft shows like crazy! :] I have fallen in love with them and plan on doing more as soon as the opportunity comes along! (: I took lots of pictures and believe that my second show was WAY better than the first.My first show,I had NO displays. ): It was too windy so I laid all my jewelry out. It didnt have alot of people either so yeahh.I made one sale my first show. However,my second show I re-did my displays. I made $83.00! Which is pretty good since people were only there until about 12pm and it had started at 8am! (: I have some pictures below! :D
